An adventurous drink to toast an eventful 2018, this cocktail is both impressive and delicious.
- 1 shot of bourbon
- 1⁄2 shot of the Antica Formula vermouth
- 1⁄4 shot of Cinzano dry vermouth
- 3 dashes bitters
- Mix all shots and bitters in an enclosable flipper-top bottle.
- Then use your smoke gun with your choice of wood chips. We use apple and pecan for this drink.
- Fill the bottle with smoke, and then close it for 5 minutes to allow smoke to blend with the cocktail.
- When ready to serve, pour the cocktail into rocks glass over large ice cube and serve immediately.
